Today? Nothing yet. But it will be the same as yesterday and every other weekday :-) :-) 65-70 minutes of cardio for 1,100 calories or so. Today will likely be higher since today's instructor is awesome!! What a difference the instructor (and the music) make!!

Wow...!! I can't get amenorrhea, given that I'm male... but wow, thanks for sharing. I read about it, doesn't sound like much fun... :-/

Hmmm... interesting. My daily protein intake is ~180 grams, which amounts to 0.84gm/lb of body weight. But I WILL certainly up the protein ratio... thanks for the advice!!

Well yeah, progressing... 1.75 lb/week so far, but there's always room for improvement! :)

Um... I quite enjoy it actually! I live in Pennsylvania, and I don't ride in the winter when the weather is ****ty, but I put 1,000-2,000 miles on my road bike every year, depending on the year... Would I still do it? I suppose, yes :-). I like it.

Yeah I think if you're not a data freak like me, then the FT4 sounds like a GREAT deal, and especially at a great price! Besides, you can always throw your results in Excel/Word every day or at the end of the week if you want to keep records and view trends, etc. Or just record totals at the end of the week, not every day…

Personally I love my Polar FT80... I suppose it's a little pricey, but then everything is relative. The FT80 COMES with the $40 wireless computer link (Polar "Flow Link")... The next watch down (FT60) costs $130 and DOES NOT have the FlowLink... But I WANT to have the data, so I went to the next HRM "up" that included the…

No big display, no fat, padded seat, different handle bars, manual resistance adjustment, typically have 2-sided pedals: one side with "cage" for sneakers, other side with clips/fasteners for "clip in" shoes…

Your comment about your 1,500 calorie regimen prompted me to post... so that I might get some advice from people and/or compare... Age 29.75 Height 6'-0" I started at 234lb on December 10th... Currently at 213-214lb after 80 days. Through various iterations, I have settled on: 1,500 NET calories per day 50/30/20 ratio of…

Funny you should say that... I tried the same stuff, and I love it... Initially bought at 5LB bag of EAS Myoplex for $35 or so... Thought, "wow great deal...!!". Tasted decent... But as I did more research, I learned of all the other options. Tried the Wheybolic Extreme 60 (Chocolate) and LOVE it... Mixes/dissolves much…

So uh... In the past 64 days I've lost ~17lbs... by (1) exercising my *kitten* off, and (2) changing my eating habits. As far as (2) is concerned, I didn't used to cook hardly at all. I subsisted on cereal, frozen burritos ("EVOL" organic chicken burritos), Indian hot pockets (Paneer tikka), and crap like that... I have…
