Weighed in at 254.8 today. Dropping slowly but I'm under a lot of stress right now. Plexus is helping with the cravings so I would normally be eating way more in this situation so it's good I'm not gaining at this point. Hoping for a better week this week. Goal is to stay under 1300 calories everyday.

I'm not doing much exercise now but I have started cutting my calories down 200 according to what MFP says I should eat. I'm in a challenge where a girl did this and still lost weight. I know someone else that is still loosing just by citing and watching food. Stick with it, you can do it!

Starting weight was 257.2 down to 256. Not as good as I would like but I know stress is the problem. I'm trying to change my eating habits a little at a time so hopefully next week will be better.

I haven't done any other prep besides peeping my mind to become healthy and continuing to take Plexus as instructed. I know my eating with change when I get back into the classroom. I'm excited and look forward to the whole group reaching their goals!

I have heard that the shakes are a high protein, low sugar protein powder. Also that the bars are like south beach diet bars. I was considering trying this and eating high protein, low sugar foods. Did Zumba for 45 minutes on Monday, Friday and Sunday. Did lose 2.6 lbs last Wednesday, Nov. 9th, but have not lost any more yet. Hopefully this week will be better.

Only did Zumba Monday and today for 45 min. Hopefully can do it again on saturday as well as Sunday. The thing that is killing me is my food intake. I am making bad choices and not drinking enough water because of the cold. I hate winter!

My weight did not change due to my bad eating habits this week. I did Zumba Thursday 55 min, Friday 45 min and today 45 min. Are we starting our new week today? I have not been able to do my measurements but I will get them in asap.

45 minutes of Exhilerate done today. This was the first time I did this disk, what a workout! Thanks to my son for wanting to do different disks.

Finally got to do Zumba tonight, 55 minutes done!! Found it interesting that my 13 yr old boy wanted to do it with me, he kicked butt!!

Forgot I had to go out of town for the night tonight. I was not able to do Zumba but did walk at a moderate pace for 30 min. My starting weight is 259.2 and I will measure when I get home tomorrow night or Thursday morning.
