fri: will be under carbs, no squats, i can barely move after yesterday.
i did manage to complete a 5 mile walk in no less than 117 minutes!! dang near crawling and i will do that tommarrow if necessary....:) hopefully not....would make traffic stop a bit. lol
i'm sorry to see this challenge ending...kindof like you all, older, missing. nd newer. :bigsmile:

calories - likely under but DO NOT count. had to do a bit of street fair stuff today for lunch, might be worse than logged.
crunchs - no. drat, forgot....
extra: 80 minutes + 95 minute 5 mile walk
weight- finally lost some...huge in fact for me this week....so far staying off. fingers crossed. apparently i just need to beat my body to a pulp to lose:huh:0 -

Today was a bad day. I messed up my back and slept extra. I was under calories though due to water aerobics for 45 minutes to fix my back. I will have 12 glasses of water down though.0
