My favorite thing: cut up fresh vegetables until I have roughly 200 calories worth (I also like to include some fresh greens: kale, chard, spinach, etc) and then steam/toss them around in a hot pan until they are just they way I like them. Welcome! That's how I found MFP, too - the app for my DroidX. I have NEVER been successful this many days in the past (I think I'm around 37 days) and I am just loving it. I'll have to repeat myself here and say Who knew "dieting" and "exercise" could be so much fun?
