Yes this is where the problem comes,i have developed a medical condition which has made even walking a nightmare for me .If i walk today ,for next 5 days i suffer in pain.

I have a serious questions ,is intermittent fasting good for people with hypothyroid .I have read many theories both for and against. Also if someone can tell me,is it ok to have an early morning coffee(under 50 calories) without hindering the process of fasting.

in india..we basically make this kind of cheese at home...by adding lemon juice to milk(boiling),....u can separate the whey using some muslin cloth and just tight the cloth...excess water wil come out ....u can use this in rice ,gravys etc...for one week and more in fridge it will work....:)...and we call it "paneer"

So if u were a instructor, u know more than any person else...its not like i dont like heavy lifting ..but i want to reach there gradually...for me now increasing weights in BP class is still a challenge so i think i can kind of add it as my weight routine for the week...also i love the energy of class....i hoping to see…

wow that sounds great..because with all that myth we have been cooking our food in"lessoil"/ghee /butter....also i love cookies ,ice cream ..but just afraid to eat them....
