IS the best way to find TDEE is fitbti(which is pretty expensive) only...i have been through many websites and they all say diff numbers...also people exercise at diff intensities ...so i may exercise 4 times a week but only burn 200 cal with it and someone else might be burning 400 and those calculators will put us both…

how should i log for my TDEE
i workout 2 times a day for 5 days a week,circuit training for 30 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes brisk walk in the evening...so what should i use to calculate my TDEE......3-5 timesa week moderate exercise or 4-6 times a week hard exercise, as i do not work on the 6 day.
