So i have started JM no more trouble zone yesterday,so how should i log it in exercise...also is their any option in MFP to manually log your cal spent...because my calorie watch says something and MFP says other...

That is how I log mine.....I do alot different exercises....Like Les Mills Combat and find calories burned changes from workout to workout, so Iog alot of mine that way.0

I know that after I've done whatever time on my elliptical, I enter it into MFP...it gives me the option for the time (say 45min) and then it gives me its own estimate. I don't have an HRM (yet) but I use a different site to calculate my calories burned since MFP seems way too high. I just replace their estimated number with my own number and there it is...0 -
i change the minutes spent exercising to reflect the actual calories my HRM says.0
