how should i log for my TDEE

i workout 2 times a day for 5 days a week,circuit training for 30 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes brisk walk in the evening...so what should i use to calculate my TDEE......3-5 timesa week moderate exercise or 4-6 times a week hard exercise, as i do not work on the 6 day.

    Set your account to moderate and do not eat back exercise calories.

    If you have any questions about it, I find the easiest thing to do is set my TDEE to lightly active and then eat back exercise calories.

    You could also do the way Psulemon suggested. Either way, you'd be netting about the same.
