Thanks for all the suggestions. I do eat cheese and eggs. I usually have a hard boiled egg for a morning snack. My big problem is after lunch, I get a sweet craving, and don't want to eat sugary foods. Fruit is okay, although high in sugar even though it's natural sugar. I do eat healthy carbs.

Yes, raisins and dried fruit are very high in sugars. forgot to mention that I'm a vegetarian, so no beef jerky for me! Been doing the rice crackers, cheese, nuts...so bored. Thanks.

I am a vegetarian. I used to eat only fish (Pescatarian) but then stopped about 1 year ago. It's not easy getting your proteins. Remember that legumes (lentils, beans) are high in fat and sodium.
