Anyone have ideas for some good snacks that have no sugar? My daily sugar intake is very limited. I like Snyders of Hanover sourdough nibblers, but they have 1g sugar.
Thanks,

You'd find tons in your produce department and raisins in the snack isle. Good luck.0

Raisins are pretty high in sugar, though!
I'd stick with the savouries - rice crackers, cheese, nuts0 -
Yes, raisins and dried fruit are very high in sugars.
forgot to mention that I'm a vegetarian, so no beef jerky for me!
Been doing the rice crackers, cheese, nuts...so bored.
Thanks.0 -

I wouldn't be concerned with sugar intake that comes from fruit or veggies/natural sources, unless you have some sort of medical condition.0

Do you eat carbs at all? You do realize that carbs get broken down into glucose, just as refined sugars do, correct?0 -
Almonds. Potassium, no salt, 1g sugar and 6g protein.0

Thanks for all the suggestions. I do eat cheese and eggs. I usually have a hard boiled egg for a morning snack. My big problem is after lunch, I get a sweet craving, and don't want to eat sugary foods. Fruit is okay, although high in sugar even though it's natural sugar. I do eat healthy carbs.0
