It can be very difficult but don't get discouraged! Weight loss is not linear. You may (and will) have periods where you lose more and less weight. Try to stay focused on the long term. If you track and control your calorie input/output, you will control your weight. Don't let the scale be your only measurement tool.It can…

Hey.... Don't pick on snacking! ha-ha. I think it's a variety of things that made us all fat! It's not just snacking but what we snack on, super-size everything (fast-food, candy bars, etc, etc), not enough exercise. Most of the schools in my area don't even have recess anymore. What a brilliant idea!

I love pears! Eat them every day. There are several different types and they're all very good. Don't be worried about the natural sugar in fruit.

Anyone who is looking for a supportive friend is welcome to add me. I'm here everyday even though I don't always log my food... I'm getting back to daily calorie tracking as I try and drop my waist flab for good!

Nice to meet you! Please feel free to add me.

Swimming is an excellent option. You can burn ALOT of calories and probably improve your range of motion at the same time. You are not limited to 1200 calories

Anyone looking for running friends is welcome to add me. Its my staple cardio. I'm doing a 5k at the end of this month and a half later this year.

I don't know anyone that can walk that fast but there's no difference. It's just a matter of how hard your body is working which will determine how many calories you burn.
-
Nothing wrong with a morning workout. If that works for your schedule do it! It's nice to get it done first thing.

It depends on which cereal you're talking about. There are several I like that are about 190 cals per 1 cup. That's not bad. Not many cereals that have fewer cals for that serving size and most all are higher in sugar content and much lower in protein content.

I have no idea what Onederland is but regardless, Congrats and Great Job on your weight loss! That's very inspiring! Keep it up..

That's easy.... Insanity!

This^^^ Also, if you're only taking one day rest at time, try taking 2-3 days off to allow your body to recover fully. I've found that this really helps.

Polar FT4 is a good value. I got one about 3 months ago and like it. Has all the features you need to track calories burned.
-
I have the FT4 and have been happy with it. I only looked at models that have a chest band. Good value.

Great job!!!! Keep it up! I did Insanity earlier this year and loved it. I didn't see the results you have but I was still very happy overall.
