  • I love this little flatbread tacos../sandwiches.. they are tasty and satisfing.. on 200 cals each.. w/baked chips (or reg).. just count the calories.. remember no one sees your food dairy so be truthful to your self DOWN 14 lbs in first month.. there is no stopping me now..:flowerforyou:

  • :drinker: ha ha.. all drinks go in just like any other food would.. Water, soda, booze.. ps vodka is alot less calories than beer.. I still drink my vod/crans.. and count them in my food diary.. I am down 14lbs.. in one month
