I am in!!! 8-10 pounds by christmas or about 1pound per week for me!!!! Ultimate goal is to lose 15 so we will see!!!! plan to just use "classic MFP" not tdee. gonna work out and eat clean and track track track!!!!!!!! any pointers would be awesome!

i was religiously tracking with mfp a few months ago, and exercising 3-4hrs/week. and eating back every single calorie (with my polar HRM). didnt lose much. trying this again with fresh eyes. not saying i will never eat back my calories, but if i do i will make sure its not more than half, and only if im really hungry.....…

sweet: with fresh fruit (pineapple/strawberry) savory: pepper and garlic powder with wheat things oh yeah, def blended with lots of ice, protein powder and some fruit for an awesome post workout treat

I like designer whey protein powder. tastes good choc/vanilla/straw/natual flavors. 100cals/18g pro/scoop. uses stevia. i like it

Also a nurse. Totally understand about the sweets/potlucks/etc at work! so hard! HAVE to plan ahead! and bring lots of healthy snack while youre working a 12 hr day! Its even harder for me on nightshift!

yes ive been experimenting. this mix worked well for me. on the box it says to use 2 cups of milk but i found decreasing that to 1 1/3 cups worked really well. also mix pudding + milk first then add protein. worked well me for me!
