Same here, on and off. I find the hardest to log in my food intake, I’m back, motivated to do this again and to aim losing what I’ve gained while locked up because of coronavirus. We can do this!

I don't have any advice, sorry, I just want to share that 2 women in my town were doing this diet and they both ended up in a Mental institution ... It seems their hormones went crazy and they lost it. I'd check with my doctor first before to start any diet program but that's just me. Good luck.

It happens to me after I had soup with so much sodium, usually I drink lots of water for the next two days to flush all sodium, then all my water retention weight comes down.

Phase 1 is until you reach 90% of your goal. Then Phase 2 for 2 weeks, phase 3 a week, then you are in phase 4 or maintenance

I don't think it'll take you a year, well it depends how much you have to lose, the heaviest the more weight you drop in the beginning, give it a try, you can always switch to a program that fits you better. I did WW before but I find IP to work faster, no workouts on p1 and you just follow the sheet.

It did for me, after I completed my entries it will say if every day were like today... You'd weigh 155.5 lbs in 5 weeks ... Something like this... So I was looking forward for those weeks to go by quick :)

I am paying for over 6 years a joined membership with my husband, I have gone 50 times only, I am committing myself to start going again, I bought training sessions just to get me going and I start on Monday ! Hope this time I keep going and don't quit, I need to exercise my heart.
