If you dont want to scramble them and want sunny side..spray the microwaveable container, crack the egg, with a fork carefully poke the yolk twice in intersecting lines (it prevents the yolk from exploding) and the microwave at 60-70% heat for 45 seconds or longer depending on consistency desired.

Just lace the shoes up and go!! I started alternating between walking/jogging and still am but I can do 3 miles in 30mins and for a non-runner..I think that's pretty darn good :wink:

OMG!!! SO true...that's like with the Colorado shooting...WTF where a 4 month old and a 6yr old doing at a midnight showing?!?! It's astounding the irresponsibility/neglect of some parents now. I don't have kids of my own yet but my mother sure didn't raise me the way I see some kids being raised today!!

The more I read the forums and see other friend's friends I begin thinking about how many husbands really know what their wives are posting on here as far as pictures go!!! Innocent flirting is ok (I guess) but some of the pics of ladies with kids and husbands are just like WTF!!

You mentioned that Jillian gets on your nerves but I have to say that her Ripped in 30 dvd is great and it's what I did to get there along with running 2 or 3 miles 6 days a week. I'm originally from Puerto Rico and I would say my favorite food from the island is a nice mofongo (mashed plantain ball and fried) with carne frita (pork chunks) However, I have lived in Maryland for 16yrs so I have to say Old Bay steamed crabs win over the PRican food!!

Nothing!! There are tons of great AHA moments along the way but just because I finally got my *kitten* in gear doesn't mean I deserve something other than feeling great, looking great, and knowing I've worked darn hard for all of it!....ACCOMPLISHMENT!

I dont have an official day...i weigh myself every morning when I get up. I like to see how the food I eat the day before affect my water retention/bloating/etc. I think it's pretty much down to a science now :wink:
