  • I went of track last week but I'm back this week. I also got a food scale and its been so helpful. It has made me to see that I've been eating way more than I should by using measuring cups etc. Now I understand how important it is to have a food scale. So far so good for me this week. Hopefully I will have a great weekend…

  • My sugar intake has been pretty good these days. Trying to limit the amount of carbs and sugar I eat per day. Thanks for this info Julie

  • I had a nice weekend as well. Spent the weekend with my family
  • I'm still here too. I've just been disappointed with myself lately. I was almost giving up. I usually eat well during the week but I don't know why I can't help over eating over the weekends. Also, when i measure myself, there's no inches lost but on the scale, I'm losing.
  • I've never tried yoga. It seems boring to me. I don't know if i'll like it. Is there anything like yoga for beginners?

  • I was able to do up to 20 push-ups at once, that is what I accomplished last week.
  • Yesterday was my cheat day so looking forward to a clean eating weekend.

  • I've tried several times to do a cleanse but haven't been successful at it. I don't know how I can go a day or 2 without eating food. Maybe I should give it a try again
