Makes me want to check an astrology chart to see if the whole universe is out of sorts recently. I've not been keeping up with my workout plans for the last couple of weeks because of sick kids, drama and other demands at home. I hope things smooth out for all of us!

I started swimming in the city pool six weeks ago and I love it! I'm the slowest swimmer under 60 and I still have to stop and gasp for breath every lap or two but I'm getting better. LOVE being able to eat out of the garden! Noms! I swam freestyle for half an hour without stopping. Three weeks ago I could only do a couple of laps without stopping for a breather.

I am trying to pay more attention to how much fat I get in my diet. I did take fish oil supplements for awhile and I also keep nuts at my desk for snacking. I haven't had any problems for at least a month, so either I'm just getting stronger or paying attention to my macros has helped. Thanks!

I have a hard time with these, too, because I lose my balance if I do them too fast. I've been able to complete the reps as set forth in cycle 2 of the Body By You routine, though. I just put a stopwatch on my phone and use that for the time.
