Nope, I haven't eaten anything out of a box in forever, lol! And I refuse to spend money on something JUST because it says "LOW CARB".....a wrap is a wrap even though you can save maybe 2 carbs when eating it...just skip the wrap, lol!! Sugar I rarely use anyway, so that doesn't bother me to skip it. And I don't like sugar…

How is your sodium intake on those high carb days? I have to be very careful with that...and generally when I eat to many carbs...they come with a lot of salt.

As far as net Carbs, looks like I'm good. And, yes, the lady doc explained it the same way....high fiber=good....low fiber=not so good.........like cops who don't pooh regularly, I guess ;)

OK, that is what I was thinking, too. I have stopped bread and chips and all the stuff that tastes good, lol!! It is basically what I was living on before.... I have had some bread stuff that is low carb, using almond flour and coconut flour...sugar subs and that kind of thing...but nothing refined. It's not so bad once…
