  • I'll be the weird one and say I'm 5ft 8in and my goal as it stands is 175...and even then i have a feeling I won't be happy...I liked how I looked at 185 and full of muscle verses when i was below my bone structure just doesn't look right when i go to low.

  • My mother told me (as I was walking from one room to another in tshirt and underwear) that my tummy is going away, and my fiance asked me when I got a pair of panties and I had to inform him they were old I just fit in them better.... I know lots of pantsless moments >.<

  • If you make it yourself you can make it better. I know my dad use to make venison jerky and made his low in sodium. That tends to be my biggest issue with store bought jerky its high in sodium.

  • Confidence, happiness when I look at pictures, my old clothes back and maybe some smaller ones :), a clean bill of health, knowledge that I have a better chance of not being sick like my parents because I'm healthy. Longer life!

  • I use to do this...strangly I broke it bout a week or two ago...when i get hungry I go to my computer and play farmville...by the time I'm done doing w/e I can do I'm usually tired annoyed and go to sleep and completly forgot I was going to eat something.
  • I use both app on my droid mainly for logging foods and the site when I'm uh working lol. I've logged on the site from my phone too but I tend to just use the app.
