I recently saw a Special K commercial that asked "What will you gain when you lose the weight?" I was curious about what others wanted to gain by losing?

I'd like to gain energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and I'd really like to have more clothes that fit!

    1) more energy
    2) more confidence
    3) smaller sized clothing
    4) to look drop dead gorgeous in my wedding dress (when I buy one in August/September)
    5) to not have to worry about weight limits! (for certain activities, like horseback riding)
    6) to be an inspiration to friends and family who want to lose weight & get healthy
  • I will gain...
    -respect for myself
    -pride
    -energy
-freedom from my sheltered life as a 'fat' girl
  • Confidence, happiness when I look at pictures, my old clothes back and maybe some smaller ones :), a clean bill of health, knowledge that I have a better chance of not being sick like my parents because I'm healthy. Longer life!
