I tried to cut all sugar and became a crazy woman. It depends upon your serving sizes I guess. Having 1/2 gallon of ice cream nightly is not a good usage of your calories. Look towards reducing empty calories. I have a tsp of sugar in my 20 oz tea, and nightly I eat one square of chocolate.

Corn tortillas are meant to be fried. Use Pam or some cooking spray, then fry till they get warm and pliable. If you cook them till crispy you can use them as a tostada and on top just pile a layer of beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, and salsa.
