i never feel hunry anymore?

ive been eating clean, running and trying to build a little muscle now for the past few months (previously stuck in a restrict/binge nightmare). up until recently id constantly be hungry. seriously my stomach would always demand food. i was having almost 1600cal some days and still be starving. now, i find it hard to eat, like im struggling to eat 1200. i know if i dont my metabolism will slow down but im buring like 400-500 calories during workouts too! like, i really want to eat but seriously i dont need to and id be fine. should i "force" myself to eat still? or just dont eat if im not hungry? (which is never) the hungriest ill get is just a little tiny bit. i feel like eating is pointless. im also trying to hit my macros everyday which is difficult when i dont even want food....... adivce? if im under 1200 should i force myself if im not hungry at all?!

To my understanding the hormone leptin controls hunger signals. Severe calorie restriction causes it to stop sending signals to tell you you're hungry. Just because you aren't hungry, doesn't always mean you've eaten enough. Just like being hungry doesn't always mean you need to eat. Eat more calorie rich foods. I don't eat clean, so I can't really give you menu advice outside of avacados? Hopefully someone else can come by with more help. I would say, confidently, though that you need to be eating at LEAST 1200.

you need to train yourself to eat more.

grab some peanut butter, dark chocolate, avocado, cheese sandwich... anything!
