Where are the vegetables? Dark leafy greens are your friends, fill you up and so good for you. Sautee some kale, rapini or chard with some olive oil and garlic to eat with you protein.

You could eat 1 piece of bread and a boiled egg for a lot less calories. Also, it will keep you feeling full longer.

Keep up the walking. After taking 4-5 hour long jogs a week for over a month, I didn't lose any weight. However, my legs looked so much better! It's about how you look and feel not the number on the scale.

I like my guacamole simple. Avocado, lemon or lime juice, green onions and bit of salt. you could dip veggies in it.....or as you mentioned, a spoon :)

Make a pot of plain quinoa for the week. Heat it up with non-dairy milk and add nuts, dried/fresh fruit, shredded coconut, maple syrup or whatever you like.
