Yes, a binge is a binge no matter the quality of the food. I am curious why you use the word "binge" and why you are concerned about it (being a recovering bulimic myself). Is everything ok with you?

This happened to me a couple of months ago. I was working out twice a day, but eating all my calories. I got out to a 46 day cycle for two months, and then it went back to normal. Your body is just adjusting.

I'm not going to say eat more because I can see that you said you upped your calorie intake, and are eating back your exercised calories. I suggest eating the same as you have been, and stop exercising for 2 weeks. Sounds risky, I know, but it works for me.

Sometimes it sucks being a woman. Our bodies fluctuate so much during the month that it can get discouraging. That is why I only weigh myself once a month. If I weighed myself everyday, I would have given up long ago.

I put high impact aerobics. It's not exact, but I am comfortable with the calories burned MFP gives.

Me too! It's kind of discouraging, but then I think to myself, I didn't get flabby overnight. It took time - lots of time to get this way. It will take a while to come off as well. Just keep going. YOU can do it :)
