I'm always hungry, I eat basically every hour or so. Meal times are like fairy tale stories to me sometimes.

I am really bad at calorie restriction if it's not extreme. Any time I cut calories I end up below 800 for the day. I know it's bad, but I can't help it. So at night I stare at the number wondering what to eat to get it above 1000 at least.

I like yoplait's 100 greek yogurt, it's like eating custard. Try the key lime, it has the least number of carbs. I also like to take cucumber sticks and dip it in the key lime yogurt for a sweet dip, sounds wierd but it's actually good.

Absolutely not! There wouldn't be enough time in the day to log every morsel I will put in my mouth. Bring on the pecan pie and sweet potatoe casserole! You can always workout the day after thanksgiving when everyone else is shopping!
