Before I drank only water (besides a small black coffee in the morning) I'd make sure to drink at least one glass a day for a few days, then after that two glasses a day, then three, etc. etc. It slowly weened me away from the other things I was drinking. Now I drink 64-80ish oz a day.

I'm a size 16 US, I'm 5'4" and I weigh 215. My short term goal is to break being in the 200s, so 199. As for size goal- I just want to fit into department store clothes. (so 14-15)
