I'm doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred right now, and it's really good, but so far I liked her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism video better. It was more focused on cardio, but if you want cardio, strength, and abs then 30 Day Shred is the way to go.

Any form of pushups, definitely. I have trouble with the burpees too.

I use the lower number too, but for me the lower number is the one MFP gives. My favorite elliptical in the gym is notorious for greatly exaggerating the amount of calories burned. I'm not really sure how to say for certain how many calories you burn, but you should be safe going with the lower number. That way you won't…

Today I did fine, but my boyfriend went out last night to celebrate his birthday and Vday and I definitely blew it then! I had a steak with bleu cheese crumbles, cole slaw, and a caesar salad for dinner PLUS quite a few Lindt truffles! So worth it though.

I buy Jillian Michaels' Meal Replacement Ultimate Shakes. They are 180 calories with 16g of protein and I haven't tried the vanilla flavor but the chocolate flavor is delicious. I generally have them for breakfast.

Wow I'm surprised by the jillian pills effects! I saw them in wal mart and was curious about those as well because I figured anything that jillian put her name on would be good but I guess it's just marketing.

That alone is enough to turn me off of them. I just recently got over the headaches from cutting out caffeine loaded soft drinks from my diet. No way am I going back to that!

I've always felt similarly about them, but it sparked my curiosity when I heard of someone actually losing weight from them. I just wouldn't want to try them if they're unhealthy or ineffective.

Me and my roommate alternate between this dvd and a few other cardios, but this one is like my rock. I can always depend on it to get a nice sweaty workout!

I saw it, but I thought that since the rest of them are around 520 and the one I found on livestrong was 520 that the one on MFP that said 1440 included the fries or something.

The one I found on MFP has cheese, lettuce, bacon, pico de gallo, etc. included. But I guess it was pretty naive of me to think it was only 520 calories. I mean it just looks like a calorie bomb! Lesson learned. If it looks too good to be true, it definitely is haha

I've only ever tried the workouts that a gym offers and a few DVDs. My favorite gym workout is by far the elliptical, but I recently tried a Jillian Michaels DVD and I LOVE it.
