Favorite low calorie snack?

I'm a big snacker and it's part of the reason it's so hard for me to stick to eating healthy. I was wondering what things you guys like to snack on? I really like kosher dill pickle spears but those and popsicles are about the only things I know to snack on.

    Oh and strawberries. I love strawberries.
  • Pretzels, usually the small sticks. Pretzels are lower in calories than potato chips, which I avoid. Mini carrots are also good, I like the crunch.

    pretzels, raw white mushrooms, almonds, pineapple, baby carrots dipped in low cal dressing.

    I am munching on popcorn as I type haha It has low calories and pretty harmless as long as you dont cover it in butter and salt. Usually I have air poppped, but since Im at work its Jolly Time weight watchers "approved". I thinks its around 200ish calories for an entire large bag :D

    My favorite snack is half of a cucumber chopped up and covered in 1 Tbsp of a raspberry vinegarette dressing, It is sooo yummy and only about 50 calories.

    I do all natural applesauce (you can get peach and strawberry flavored as well), goldfish (the serving size is pretty large, I normally do half), sugar free pudding cups (amazing way to curb a sweet craving for 60 calories), and then there is always veggies cut into bite size chunks. :happy:

    Just realized that roasted chick peas are 10 cals for 10 grams! They are so tastey and fill ya up! Make sure you get the unsalted!

    Pickles. Yes, I know they have a lot of sodium; I get it. But they're 0 calories and taste SOOOOOOOO good. :smile:
  • college student always snacking here...lol

    1. 100 calorie rice cake packs(love cheddar cheese)
    2. fruit
    3. low fat cheese sticks
    4. veggies(carrots and ranch)
    5. protein shake
    6. nuts
    7. peanut butter and low fat jelly on wheat bread

    I always try and mix it up...have fun with it:)

    granny smith apple with laughing cow or pb
    greek yogurt with fruit or granola or honey or pb
    hot chocolate made with unsweetened cocoa & sweetener of your choice
    hummus and peppers
    light toast with laughing cow cheese
    frozen banana
    frozen fruit blended, can eat in a 50 cal sugar cone to replace icecream
    frozen greek yogurt bars

    I like air popped popcorn 3 cups only 60 cals, plus a lot of raw veggies, fruit,and yogurt.
