Hey, I am currently doing jazzercise Sat. 2 classes M, T W and Th, walking on T, Th and Fri with a 20lbs weight vest. And incorporated strength training.

5'4 and I wanted to get to that 140 mark too, but when I went to the Dr. He said honey let's make that new goal even better let's change it too 170 lbs. Now I am gain, no pain no gain.

DO you have a pedometer or something that will track your mile or steps. What I do is when I turn it on I mark the time and I keep on until I stop it. Than I use a tracking device program call Endomondo which it tracks all your activities . For example I walked on a nice day from my house around the neighborhood for 1 hour…
