Feb. 2/2013 Count me in, I twisted my knee bout a week and half ago, I'm just getting back to walking on the treadmill, I'll keep trying each day.

my truck broke down 1/27 and my job is 3.25 miles. There is no public transportation where I live so I've been walking to work each way so let's see so far this month I've walked 52 miles. I only had 1 day off since the first of the month....WOW I didn't even think of that......I walked a lot .0

Wow, this looks just like what I need!! I have recently found myself getting frustrated with my counting cals/exercising. I think that I JUST now realized that I have been making this way way too complicated! I have been thinking about lifting and cardio and pounds lost and eating super well and in the end I just got overwhelmed and super frustrated.
So I am going to take a step back, re-evaluate and just walk. Walking is calming and it is great beginning exersice and I think that it will help me get my head back in the game. So thank you, Feb Walking Challange!!!! I will post my progress throughout the rest of the month!!!!
