Make sure you have a good pair of running shoes. Get fitted at a running store for your first pair. Cotton is rotten.....Get socks and clothing for runners. Synthetic fabrics at running or sports stores are better. Cotton absorbs sweat and the synthetic draws it away from your skin. I'm not an expert but have learned a few…

This site helped me allot by tracking my food and exercise. When done regularly it makes you realize how many calories you eat and how much exercise impacts it. Others on the site also help to encourage friends as well.

I've done many diets over the years and there's no magic plan. Most can get you to lose weight but once you go off you gain it back and more.
