I agree with everyone else. Try to cut back on the fast food. Perhaps finding healthy alternatives. Instead of McDonald's mcmuffin, try a Jimmy dean delight canadian bacon muffin. Making that change will save you 90 calories. Add an apple and you're at the same 300 calories as before, but it's more balanced with fruit.…

Thanks! I'm really only in class for about 6 hours a week, but I have to drive 2 hours to get to campus and back home. I usually leave straight from my day job headed to school. I'm hoping to come up with some travel friendly food. This degree comes with soooo many sacrifices.
