Great loss so far!! :#

Congratulations on your loss so far! :#

I go by calories in calories out as most do... I try not to deny myself some of my favourite foods because where's the fun in that? I just make sure they fit into my calorie allowance. I eat back some or all of my exercise calories when I need to and I still have a pizza on Friday! I'm 30lbs down :) Don't be too harsh with…

Mine still does :) Maybe check your settings? :#

Hey :) I found that active friends on here have helped me Sooooo much :) It's nice to post your shizz but it's nicer to get a woop and a well done pat on the back from like minded peeps :# I've been on and off here for years but started in May and I'm bossing it this time.... Good luck with your journey :# <3

Hey... Welcome to MFP! Did you lose on WW? I like some of their meals for a quick fix but it's not for me. I've never done as good as I have with this app and the awesome peeps I've made friends with :#

Congratulations on your 168lb loss!! Epic :# <3

I've just hit my goal weight loss after 240 days! I was the tortoise rather than the hare :)

Indeed... Equal struggles! <3

Yes... Depending on how young or old your kids are gives different problems! I'm working full time and I have 2 kids but it's doable if you think of sneaky ways to beat it :#

Hey... Yorkshire, UK here :)

I am a big believer in eating them back.. 1200 is hard some days. I lost on 1400 at the start and now I'm down to 1200.... Thank you for sharing your maintenance info. I can maintain at about 1800 on a less active day but when I'm out and about rock climbing I can fill my little face!

All these little ladies!! :) Hi..I'm 5ft 2" and started on here in June at 145lbs. I have got down to 125lbs so far (happy to be the tortoise not the hare! lol) I am aiming for 120lbs before I start toning and building a bit of muscle. I have been losing and gaining the same damn 1lb for weeks now so I'm about to start…

It depends how much weight you have to lose in total. 12lbs in 5 weeks would be doable if you have 100lbs to lose overall but 12lbs in 5 weeks if you only have 12lbs to lose would be very hard! Is there a reason you have given yourself that time frame? :)

Good luck :) <3

As long as it fits into your calorie goal then why not?! I have Weight Watchers desserts sometimes, they're yummy :) There's some pretty nice low fat yoghurts out there too! Popcorn is my go to... I can't watch a movie without it lol... Skinny popcorn of course :)

Good luck with your journey :) Be Consistent, drink lots of water and log everything! :)

Love this goal!! I hope to see the pics when you do it! #maytheforcebewithyou :D :#

Your 'friend' getting married is winding you up? The last laugh?... It doesn't sound like you have the best motivation for this tbh. It also sounds like a really dangerous plan... 3 stone in 2 months :/ If that's what you want to do then that's completely up to you but I don't think anyone should read this and think it's a…

Hey... I've been on here for just over 4 months :) I'm over halfway through my weight loss journey and would love some UK friends... I've quite a few from the US but the timezone makes support difficult sometimes! :#

Burn more calories than you eat...be consistent and dedicated to it or it'll never work! Drink plenty of water too :) What was your motivation for signing up? Mine was being unhappy with how I looked...vain, yes and unlike me but it's important to keep your eye on the prize and remember why you're doing it. This is a…

Nice loss :)

You're all AMAZING... I love the openness in this feed :) We are what we are.... We do our best to work with ourselves. Losing weight is hard enough but dealing with mental health problems is another level. Stay strong.... We can do this! <3

Hey :) I'm on 1200 calories atm.. 5ft 2" and 125lbs. I have 8lbs to goal :# <3
-
Welcome :# What are your goals? :)

Hey...to get over the pause in loss maybe mix up your exercise. Your body gets used to the routine and can sometimes be a little stubborn. Watch your sodium intake too and make sure you are drinking loads of water...water retention can be a bugger sometimes :)

Yes! This is fab....well done you :)
