  • Ok here I am I’m back after a very long break. I’m hoping to lose about 50 lbs this time I’m really motivated. I have a few health issues that will keep me from exercising as much as I would like but I’m sure going to give it a try!!!!

  • Hello there, I have started over several times. I need to keep motivated but I have a lot of weak days. I eat a lot of soups, fruits, and subway,,lol I'm disabled so working out is difficult. I do have an exercise bike that I will start soon. I'm hoping to lose 40lbs buy April.
  • Hello there I started this app in January and I have lost 24lbs. I have bad days when my husband is home from work, he always wants to go out to eat. lol . I have now got back on track and not stopping till I hit 50lbs. I hope you have great success in this program. Watch those calories..lol GOOD LUCK
