Fat grams and Carbs

Just out of curiosity how many fat grams and carbs do you guys consume daily????

    50g carbs at most, about 125g fats

    I shoot for 60 grams of fat but often only get half that :( I'm working on it. Carbs are anywhere from 200-300 probably.

    I aim for around 90 grams of fat, about 170-180 grams of protein and fill the rest of my calories with carbs!

    50-60 grams of fat, 150-200 grams of carbs, depending.

    my macros are set at 150 grams of carbs, 113 grams of protein and 50 grams of fats...those are my minimums which translates to 1500 calories a day.

    My actual grams vary and I don't pay much attention to them except for carbs, but I'm usually around 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs.
