    Welcome! I've only been here about 2 weeks but it's really helpful! Im usually not good at sticking to things but this has REALLY helped! I do it daily! Feel free to add me to your friends and we can try and motivate each other!

    Hello there
    I started this app in January and I have lost 24lbs. I have bad days when my husband is home from work, he always wants to go out to eat. lol . I have now got back on track and not stopping till I hit 50lbs.
    I hope you have great success in this program. Watch those calories..lol GOOD LUCK

    Welcome! I've been using this site and smartphone app (inconsistently) for a while. When I'm on it like I should be, it really helps me keep track of everything which is important since I sit at work all day. I've never gotten into the social aspect of this site before, but I think that it will help me stay on track better. It's good that you have embraced it as early as you have. Maybe you'll have some friends that will help encourage you to stay on track. If you need another, feel free to add me. :)

    Hi Meg, I have been using MFP for 410 days now and it helped me got from 93 kg to 64 kg (205 - 141 lbs) and have been maintaining for about 5 mos now. Follow the program, log everything and, believe me, it works. Cheers.
