Wellbutrin gave me anxiety, I would switch doctors.. one thing i learned about psychiatrists is they are pill mills. I would get a psychologist and talk to them, they know just as much about medication and may be able to make recommendations... @sherritro

Wellbutrin did nothing for me, I was on it for 6 months and just stopped taking it.. I have been on lexapro for 6+ years and it is amazing!

I would try protein shakes and add fiber to it... also add spinach or kale to smoothies for added nutrition when i got my wisdom teeth removed I was on a liquid diet only as well. Don't worry about the sugars in fruit, it is natural and your body metabolizes it differently than it would for say a candy bar.

I am 5ft 2 and around 130, I would like to loose more, aiming for 115. Its really up to you and your body type (apple, pair, hourglass, etc)

Also it wasn't a binge,.. bingeing is a period of uncontrollable consumption of food.. during a binge a person can eat well over 2000 calories. You simply had an indulgence. That is perfectly fine every once in a while, in most cases it is actually good for you.

Im 5ft, I eat 1300 cals a day, my start weight was 185 my goal weight is 115 and my current weight is 138

Dihydrogen Monoxide is H2O I would hope my produce is sprayed with copious amounts of that. Di meaning 2 Hydrogen molecules Mono meaning one Oxygen moleculer this equals H2O hahaha anyone who took basic chemistry in school should know this

YES this happens to me, I went to my doctor and he said it was from my blood sugar becoming to low, he told me the easiest way to fix this was to eat a few "fun size" candies before I work out. WORKS LIKE A CHARM

During mine i gain about 10 lbs, and I am back to normal a few days after it ends.. I try to overdose on water, because after all weight gain during a period is primarily due to water.

1200 calories a day is far to little for anyone, your BMR is how many calories you would burn laying in bed all day doing nothing. By only eating 1200 calories a day you are starving your body of the adequate nutrition is needs to keep you alive and healthy. I recommend this website:…
