Thanks for all the great replies. I agree. The only way in the mornings at least I can avoid it is to not have it in the house. I can't really put my finger on why I want to stop except that it seems to have so many chemicals in it to be drinking it like water.

The only time I hit over 20,000 was while walking at disneyland! Needless to say I ate a lot that day!

I am trying to average 12,000 steps a day. It's hard but the next 60 days I'm committed to doing it. Fitbit is great for that. If you have fitbit, feel free to friend me there because it's nice to compare steps per day. :)

When I was running half marathons, I was able to lose weight but when training for a full marathon I found the nutrition requirement/calorie cravings did not allow weight loss. If you are eating healthily and not overdoing it but exercising properly, it all should work out. You do need energy to run--that's for sure--your…

I really like green tea--decaf at night. I wish I drank more tea during the day vs. coffee and diet coke. That is a change I want to incorporate this year. :):smile:
