I couldn't agree more. I used to watch Dr. Phil all the time and really enjoyed it. I hadn't seen the show in 5 yrs. or so, caught a couple shows in the past couple months and he has sold himself out. :devil:

I don't think it's a bad choice, When I eat oatmeal I try to eat the weight control or low sugar ones. The weight control has 2 more grams of fiber and 2 more grams of protein than the slow cook oats. It also has 10 more calories than the slow cook. I get the maple and brown sugar flavor. I just started doing 30 day shred (only 2 days in) and track it as circuit training. I might try ripped in 30 if I survive this:) I also started before and didn't last through it. I'm more determined this time and I really want to see results.
