Great Value maple & brown sugar (SUGAR FREE) oats with 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Fills me up and satisfies me every time for less than 200 calories. Add a banana and you're even more good to go.

I stopped drinking soda by simply refusing to buy it. I used to HATE water, but I have come to love it gradually. My number one tip for replacing soda with water (or anything else) is to drink through a straw. Drinking ice water through a straw makes it a lot more bearable and you will find yourself drinking plenty of it.…
