I usually finish work early on a friday and I'd love nothing more than getting home eating some chocolate and watching tv- such a treat after a hard week. But now I've swapped it for a spin class. I'll nip home, get ready and then I'll burn those calories rather than consume them. I actually feel so much happier and have…

I find cooking 'the old fashioned way' with fresh vegetables etc is cheaper and A LOT healthier. 'Diet foods' are often tampered with and full of sweetners.

My diary is open to friends. 1200 cals-ish per day. Happy to add supportive people. Trying to be brutally honest with my logging!

What about couscous bean salad for lunch. High in fibre and protein. Also gives you variety. ..I don't think that breaks those rules...

If you're getting leaner then that is great too. But it's important to start with a goal and the easiest one if people have A LOT to lose is having a weight loss goal.

Bristol! Not many of us on here!

M&S do reasonably priced sports Bras. They have quite a lot a variety depending on the level of activity as well. Agree with the above about sports direct being really cheap and good quality brands, something you wouldn't get from primark. ..

Well I won't lie...this 1lb was a struggle to get off! (Struggled staying on the wagon!) Group total: 691.4!

Nature valley tracker biscuits are good. Two biggish biscuits for 190cals. You can get lower call cereal bars but I find these really filling. Ryvita thins are about 40cals each and come in loads of flavours. So they're good to keep at your desk in work.

-1 more lb for me! Total 660.4 (Rules, minus your weekly weight loss onto the total (not total weight loss) until we reach 1 tonne!)
