Thank you ! I so understand what you are saying and agree but at the same time eating before bed you won't have enough time to burn off the calories therefore turning into the dreaded F word! . Me too!!! 5'3" current weight 138 want to go down to 125-128! Then issue is staying there! I have been there before but couldn't keep it. I want to do it this time with support from MFP what is your cal range? Mine is 1200. But I am also vegan so trouble with the carbs. What do you eat?

Unfortunately many prepackaged foods have a lot of salt. Try and stick to whole foods . No packaging this week. Drink lots of water to flush the system. Let's see if it makes a difference.

All restaurants have salads. If they don't you can ask them to make you one. Best to ask. They are usually most obliging. You will feel confident k owing you can do this. Try and read the labels before you buy it or use it. Also make sure you drink lots of water to flush it out. There are so many foods with hidden salt it is crazy! I feel it in the am ! Can't put my rings on and I feel like the Micheline Man. Keep tracking on MFP and watch the salt numbers
