For a small dessert I use COCONUT CREAM!! Yum!!! About 2 Tbsp plus .5 T chia seeds and chocolate liquid stevia or maple flavoring...mix and let sit in the fridge...sprinkle a few cacao nibs!! OMG! Consistency is like cheese cake! Plus you getting great fats and low carb!

OMG ...NUTS! Being vegan and LCHF keto is challenging...trying to find a balance between hitting my macros and being satisfied is tough. The crunch gets me all the time! I do try and stick with macadamia nuts as they are the lowest in carbs.

I start off my day with a negative in my exercise calories !! Haven't even moved yet. Even when I do move and do weights I am still at a negative calorie (meaning if my calorie in take is 1400 i can only eat 1200 bc it calculates the difference somehow??) not sure how this works Anyone?
