 Not happy with the level of body fat I've got but still researching what to do next really. If I lose much more weight I'm going to look too thin but I want abs ect I've never got so close before. I've started lifting now and going to keep eating at a slight deficit but with plenty of protein and see what happens in the next couple of months.
 This is pretty much where I'm at too! I could handle to lose another 10 pounds in certain places but I'm happy where I'm at in others...I think I need to start a weight regimen but I really don't know where to start1

 Saw Cardiologist today. She is happy with my weight loss program and progress. I told her I was down to 265 last Sunday and overnight gained 5lbs. She said it is water weight. I weighed in at 272 at her office. I'm trying not to see the numbers and just rely on how I feel. I feel good. I feel that I'm doing all I should. So, decided not to weigh every day.2

            Woman age 62, current height 5'6"
 SW: 171 in Dec 2015. In my life I've been as high as 190.
 Currently maintaining at weight range 136-140.
 Back in my late 20's when I was at my fittest and at a height of 5' 7.5" I weighed 133-136. I'd like to get back to that range but will do it very slowly with just 100 calorie deficit per day. I know my body fat % is higher than it was then and I still have more hips and thighs than I should.
 What is scary for me is that as I get older my daily net calories to maintain will drop about 5-10 per year. It doesn't seem like a lot but it means that I will have to eat less or be more active to compensate. And I am committed to log forever as if I don't then I know I will gain.1

            I don't concentrate on so much on my weight. Even though I'm a light weight at 145lbs, I was around 193lbs a year ago and that time in between is getting further a part due to maintaining my current weight. I focus more on body fat percentage and lean body mass. The last time I checked I was at 7 percent BF and 136lbs if lean body mass.0
