    5'10", started at 265, currently 151.2. Creeping the kcals back up to hover in this range for a bit until I stop being lazy and get back to lifting. Then I'll work on slowly building up into the high 170s to mid 180s.

    5"0..current weight 190..diagnosed with hypothyroidism, so have alot of trouble losing weight..goal weight is 100 to 110.

    4.2 lbs away from GW of 145. That will mean 50 lbs lost before I turn 50! Gotta finish this and get into maintenance!

    I just started 2 days ago actually so not much progress yet lol. But its great reading everyone's responses. It really inspires me! I'm 5'5"

    CW: 148.4
    GW: 115-120. I'm more curvy, with big boobs and butt so I'm scared I'd look gross going any smaller than that, but I might try 110 once I see how I look at 115-120 :smile:

    Yep, this is how I feel. I'm 5'8, 144 and goal weight was 155 at one point ..then DEF 150 ...then 145 HAD to be it...nope nope and NOPE...I've been doing body weight exercises for months now so I'm somewhat sculpted... However with my frame and how I hold weight I HAVE to go lower...I'm going to continue on in a deficit and FOR REAL commit to heavy weight training in two weeks and then see what happens...

    At least I'm not the only one caught in this conundrum! I need to start 5x5 for recomp but that isn't in the cards until at least August so deficit and 6k runs as many days a week as possible is my reality going forward me thinks :/

    It's interesting to see such a variation in weights for people within the same height/age range. I have a larger frame at 5'5" and I doubt that I will ever be able to get below 145 w/o being miserable. I'm still losing pretty steadily now and am at 156. I'm interested to see what I look like (and how I feel) after I've lost 11 more pounds.

    I'm 5'3 with a SW of 220lbs and a GW of 150lbs. I've only ever seen 180 on the scale but I'm determined to make it this time! :smile:

    I'm 5'7" currently 186ish...uhg..my 'goal' is a little black Lululemon dress I wore 2 years ago I was (I think)174lbs then. SO that's the FIRST goal =)
    My Range would be 160-175.

    Start weight - 160
    Current weight - 125
    First goal - 120
    Ultimate goal - around 110 or a 26 inch waist. Range will probably end up being 110-113 or similar. Don't want to go below 110 cos then I can't give blood.

    Over shot my goal and was super happy. Now trying to maintain or lose just a few more. Focusing on building lean muscle for a better look. Hard work for sure!
