  • I'm up for the challenge. This will put me right up until I leave on vacation in 4 weeks. So far I am only averaging 1 lb a week, but I am hoping in the next 4 weeks I can increase that to 1.5 lbs a week for a total of 6.

  • Thanks all for your input. It's enough to make me try them anyway (though I will rinse very well)! Sounds like they go best with stir fry type dishes which works out well because I currently live in Thailand and was looking for a healthy substitute in the dishes that use noodles.
