SF jello. carrots. hardboiled eggs. popcorn. greek yogurt. The list can go on. SF jello is tough to beat. mix it with a little spenda to make a nice liquidy/chunky mixture thats fun to slurp with a straw haha.

Too many to name. Egg whites. Salsa. Any and all veggies. Trail mix. TUNA straight out of the can. Plain chicken breast. Heck, I like and will choose brusselsprouts over candy any day.

Well I don't eat that few, but I did go to school as a personal trainer. Sounds like those calories are a little low, in my professional opinion. I would be more than happy to give tips or advice. Do you mind providing what you are currently eating and your stats? If not I fully understand :)

I have to pay close attention to my potassium due to chronic hypokolemia. Try other foods high in potassium. Dried fruit is ok in terms of potassium, but if I were you I'd try to incorporate a few meals a week of high potassium foods. Like baked potato with avocado and a side of white beans.
