I personally do not count anything that is not related to an exercise activity - but it's all personal preference really I guess!

I have to say that I still eat mostly what I want but the key to success is two things ... 1. Eat what you want and be happy cutting out all the foods you enjoy could lead to loss of motivation ... but do it in moderation and keep within your target calorie goal 2. Regular Exercise Just my thoughts ;-)

That there are other people out there with the same ambitions as myself and it is just as important to give motivation & support as it is to receive it!

I struggled when I was in the desert to be honest with the exercise, but not with the diet as the food was shockingly bad! I am now not going back to the desert, but will now be based at our complex in Tripoli. There will be no problem as we have a chef at the villa who cooks good healthy food and we have a swimming pool…

Wow! Thanks guys for all that advice, so much good advice there! Think I'll do 6 days and have a real gentle day on the 7th. One of the reasons I asked as well was that I read if you workout everyday the body gets used to it and thus exercise starts to become less beneficial! ... How true that is I don't know

What a variety of musical taste that is to work too!! Yet if you go into any Gym it's always heavy beat dance music, which is ok but it does kind of get boring after a while, in my opinion anyway! I used to listen to a lot of Ministry of sound dance music, also had the 80's thing going on for a while too .... But now I…

Well done on giving up the smokes! I am just about to start myself and trying some tablets called Champix. Quite a few of my mates have successfully given up, so it's worth a go and mentally I'm now ready to give it a go too!

Thanks Guys! I'm not eating anything in particular or special etc ... Just keeping it very simple but trying to add a lot more protein by eating more Tuna and eggs etc. I am also considering getting the whey powder shakes as well to help with the weight training. Any guidelines for the weight training in terms of how many…

No I meant walking. Gentle warm up for 5 mins then speed variation from gentle pace to a brisk pace so you're just at that point before needing to jog. I found a 30 & 45 minute interval exercise plan and it worked wonders for me last year! It is like someone said earlier for Fat burning, but the results were fantastic and…
