Today I skip shred in 30, was going to be day 8 level 1. Not happy! Nothing I could do. Tomorrow hopefully continue where I left off.

Day 7 Level 1 Shred in 30. Today I did not felt like doing it. I felt tired. Thank God it went bye real fast. Only 23 more days to go.

Yesterday, was Sunday, skip exercise my ankles hurt. This morning my ankles still hurt and my knees could not handle very well the jumping jacks but, still finish it with a smile. Day 5 finished in the afternoon. My neck does not bother me so much anymore. The jumping jacks ever though a little hard on my knees, I can handle it. 5 more days to go and all be over with level 1.

Yesterday finish Day 3 Level 1 Strong and Happy. Body aches have diminish. Finish without any pause unlike the first two days which I had two stop twice to catch my breath.

Day 2 and loving it. After shred in 30 level 1 I did a two mile brisk walk to loosen the muscles. I feel tight and the back Is hurting. Well day 3 tomorrow.

If I feel hungry after my calorie goal for the day, I will eat. and hopefully I make the right decisions and eat healthy. Also stop eating after supper. Eating before bedtime adds pounds.

I have a few suggestions for you 1. Eat a least 2 slices of cheese pizza 2. There is sugar free fat free pudding 1% milk (homemade) is delicious 3 honey graham with fat free whip cream (refrigerated like a sandwish ice cream bar. ( I love it) 4 Eat but also exercise Hope this help a little. Jessika39
