Hiya ! Thanks for the request. Yeah it's actually great once u get into it isn't it. It gets addicting. I got myself a fitbit charge hr as well to measure calories n steps so hope all these things will keep me going. 2016 is going to be our year girl ;)

Yes I obviously expected it to have a bad effect, that's why I was suprised to see no change the next day! Was only wondering if it was just me or is it the case with other people that if they have a cheat day does it skip a day also!

Never even heard of this until recently but it's a goodie... Banana Pancakes 1 banana 2 eggs 1/2 tsp cinnamon Mix, Fry and bobs your uncle! Have fruit with it or even some lemon and a sprinkle of sugar. Apparently better for you than the normal pancakes as they have no flour. (I use coconut oil to fry)

Thanks for the replies! Great to get tips from real people who are proof that it is just another myth! I can't get over the amount of weight people have lost and have not gone by that so called 'rule'. And I love some of the snack suggestions, thanks people. Much appreciated!

I had the same problem was doing cardio exercises also and eating very healthily, scales didn't show much change though, have you tried jogging/running? From my own experience, that is the only thing that has worked to see a difference on the scales. Oh and just a tip about the water, it is most important when trying to…
